Recommended method for cleaning our shoes.

To clean your shoes, we recommend gently removing any stains or dirt using a mild, clear-colored soap and warm water. Avoid placing the shoes in a washing machine, as the agitation may distort their shape and cause damage.

We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. On average, delivery takes between 4 to 6 business days to reach the customer's address.

We offer exchanges on all eligible purchases. To initiate an exchange, please contact us using the return form and select the 'exchange' option. We will confirm product availability and provide instructions on how to return the shoes to us, after which we will promptly ship your replacement pair.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are not on sale or clearance. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Before returning any items, please reach out to us so we can provide you with a return label and confirm whether your item is eligible for a return or exchange.
