FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All orders will be shipped with UPS. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment, and your email address you input for the order will be used to send you delivery and status notifications of your package. Most packages are delivered within 1-7 business days from the date your order ships, however, this may vary during periods of holidays, and increased volume.
We ship quickly, because we understand that you need your stuff ASAP. Below are the transit times to various locations we ship to:
Canada - 1-3 business days
USA - 2-5 business days
International - 5-10 business days
In the event that an item you purchased does not fit, you can return it to Luigi Sardo to be exchanged for another size, providing that size is in stock, and the item is returned in it's original condition. Luigi Sardo reserves the right to deny or refuse any exchange or return, based on the sell-ability of the item being returns.
Luigi Sardo will declare full value of orders being shipped internationally (outside of Canada), and all orders will have the correct Harmonized Sales codes associated with them declared on the Commercial Invoice attached to the package. This means that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, not Luigi Sardo.
We suggest you care for your items using general best practices of leather-care. We can recommend some options to you if you need some guidance, but generally, clear polish will ensure protection of just about any leather product you have. You should test a small area of the product before applying clear polish first, to determine if it will compromise the integrity of the leather before applying the polish to the whole product.
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Visa, Diners Club. If none of these options work for you, try contacting us and letting us know how we can assist you.
If you need to return your item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, by shipping it to our warehouse in Canada using the return label we have provided. The item you are returning must be in it's original packaging, with all labeling in it's original form. In case you lose this, here is the address to send returns to:

THE BOOT BUYING GUIDE
We say, go with your gut. So if you’re usually a size 9, then you’re probably a size 9 in Luigi Sardo. We also have a size chart for your reference.
If you’re not satisfied with your shoes, just send them back with the return labels in the shipment. We’ll send you a replacement pair at no cost to you at all, this is standard with all our shoes we sell online. We have only had a couple returns over our 5 years in existence.
At first they will be. This is the deal with really well made leather footwear. Wear them for a few days, and we promise, your foot will sweat and be absorbed by the leather. This will cause them to “break in”, and over time, they’ll be the most comfortable shoes you own.
